Jam
is prepared by boiling fruit pulp with sugar to the required consistency.
It should be thick,spreadable,not sticky only sound and fully ripened
fruits are used for extraction of pulp. Jam is used as a spread in bread
and cakes,topping biscuits.
These are used in Sandwiches, Bread spread with butter, snacks and can be used in special type of curry preparation, centering sweets and other sweet preparation. Children relish its taste as it is. |
| Precaution |

Once
opened, see that no water drops go in the bottle while handling. Don't
put your hand in the bottle and take jam by fingers. Always use dry
and clean spoon. keep the bottles tightly closed after use in a fridge
or cool and dry place.
